Alternative Health Information Blog: Chiropractic Treatment of Spinal ...

Today spinal stenosis is one of the most common causes of lower back pain in patients over fifty. This pain can also cause burning and or numbness in the buttocks or legs and eventually leads to leg weakness. Needless to say this can be a debilitating injury that a great number of middle age people suffer from everyday. In our practice we have found a complex protocol that significantly helps these patients this includes adjustments, traction, and soft tissue therapy.

To understand this condition and what is causing the pain is easy when visualizing the spine in the following way. Picture twenty-three doughnuts, stacked on top of one another. The hole in the center of the donut is the spinal cord resides, running all the way from the brain at the top to the lower back. Now divide each donut in half: the front half will be the vertebral body with an disc in-between each donut, the posterior portion will contain a small hole were the nerve roots exit the spinal cord and relay information to the body.

As we age certain processes will lead to a decrease in this space causing the pain known as spinal stenosis. Ligaments that hold the vertebra together are known to get larger invading the nerve space. Ostioarthritis is a common joint decease, which as we age, will produce a growth of bony spurs that invade the space of the nerve roots. Or the discs in between the donuts may degenerate and push back on to the spinal cord causing the symptoms.

There are some simple things that patients that are suffering from spinal stenosis can do to decrease their pain. The easiest is bending forward. Leaning forward whether it is on a shopping cart or while riding a bike will open up the posterior aspect of the spine giving the nerves more space causing less irritation. Laying face down over an exercise ball can accomplish the same thing. However, these simple fixes will not work with all stenosis patients, as mentioned before degeneration of the disc in-between the vertebra may also cause the stenosis symptoms. In these cases leaning forward will put more pressure on the disc aggravating the symptoms.

Chiropractic adjustments that focus on spinal correction tend to relieve stenosis pain. Aligning an individual into their ideal posture allows for the most anatomical room on both sides of the spine for the spinal nerve to exit. Think back to the donuts mentioned before, if you tilt one from side to side it will narrow the hole in which the spinal nerve exits. This is the same concept as a patient with poor posture leaning slightly to one side or having one hip slightly higher than the other. Through the correction of the patients posture, we are able to correct this problem helping to alleviate their pain in the process.

We have also implemented specialized forms of traction in our office that decompress the nerves and help to restore normal function. These traction sessions allow an increase in blood flow to the effected areas that seem to help in the overall healing of the area.

We also utilize many different forms of soft tissue therapy in the treatment of spinal stenosis. Ultrasound is a sound wave that can reverse the nerve irritation and decrease the underlying pain in patients with spinal stenosis. Muscle Stimulation is also utilized to relax muscle spasms and increase local blood circulation. Active Release Technique is used break up muscle adhesions restoring proper function to the effected area.

A study on specialized chiropractic treatments very similar to those we use found that only 9% of one thousand patients treated needed surgery. In fact most patients reached improvement within a six-week period of twelve treatments. Many people think that the debilitating symptoms caused by spinal stenosis can only be helped through surgery, this however is far from the truth there are many things that Chiropractors can do to relieve the pain and help you avoid surgery all together.

Atypical AP Calculus Summer Work | Reflections of a Second-career ...

Many AP teachers assign students summer work to complete prior to the start of the new school year. ?Most AP Calculus teachers assign problem sets to reinforce prerequisite knowledge such as the following A.P. Calculus Summer Packet.

For the upcoming school year, rather than assign a similar set of problems, I elected to assign my students a set of readings and writings. ?These assignments are meant to address the shortcomings I believe exist in most school district?s mathematics curriculum where learning is reduced to mimicking a teacher?s approach to ?solving? problems. ?Few students actually solve problems in the traditional sense, they simply follow a semi-scripted procedure they observed their teacher perform in class, which works well for problems that fit the script. ?However, any problem that goes off-script creates confusion for many students.

If anyone has used a similar approach for their students, please let me know. ?I am also interested in your thoughts on these assignments.

Students registered for AP Calculus AB are required to complete the following summer work prior to the first day of the new school year. ?Each assignment is due on the first day of school. ?Those students who attended the AP Calculus AB/BC Boot Camp may recognize some of the following items. ?If you have any questions, please email me.

Summer Work Assignments:

  • Review each of the following documents.??You will be expected to be familiar with the content in each of these documents.
  • Answer the question(s) relating to each reading assignment per the directions below or on the assignment?s task sheet.
    • College Board?s AP Calculus Course Description?Task Sheet #1 (250-500 words)
      • Why does the College Board emphasize conceptual understanding (the understanding of concepts coupled with the ability to make connections between, and among, other concepts, to communicate them effectively, and to utilize them in problem solving) in AP Calculus so much, even of prerequisite subjects and topics, when prior math classes emphasized procedural fluency (the ability to master procedural skills needed to perform mathematical computations and procedures)?
      • How might the emphasis on conceptual understanding benefit your success in this course, preparation for college, career achievement, and development as a lifelong learner?
      • What challenges does this emphasis present to you as a student?
    • How to Study Math?(250-500 words)
      • How do you typically study for math class? ?Do you study before quizzes, tests, and/or finals? ?If so, how much time typically do you spend?
      • How much time per school night do you spend studying for math, not including doing homework? ?Same question but including doing homework?
      • Which of these tips do you already follow when you take a mathematics course? ?How are they helpful?
      • Are there any of these tips that you have not used before that might help you in AP Calculus? ?Why do you think so?
      • Are there any tips that are not mentioned that you believe are helpful? ?How are they helpful?
    • NRC Math Proficiency Standards?Task Sheet #2 (250-500 words)
      • What were your experiences in your math classes (past & present) along each of the strands?
      • Were your experiences positive? ?Why or why not?
      • Could you benefit from keeping these different dimensions of mathematical proficiency in mind as you continue with your education?
        • What parts could be challenging?
        • How could we address your challenges in the class?
    • NCTM Process Standards?(250-500 words)
      • In your own words, explain each of the NCTM?s process standards for mathematics.
      • How familiar are you with each of the process standards?
      • Which of the process standards have you applied / used in prior math classes?
        • Which of these did you find easiest to use? ?Why?
        • Which of these did you find hardest to use? ?Why?
    • Algebra and Trigonometry Review?(250-500 words)
      • Which concept(s) in algebra, if any,
        • are easiest for you? ?Why?
        • are most challenging for you? ?Why?
        • do you think you need to re-learn? ?Why?
      • Which concept(s) in trigonometry, if any,
        • are easiest for you? ?Why?
        • are most challenging for you? ?Why?

Cyborg system stifles your need to drink water

7 hrs.

The Japanese design studio Takram was asked to design a water bottle for people to use after a hypothetical future environmental disaster. Takram, imagining what a world would be like with rising sea levels and radioactive disasters, thought that we probably wouldn?t be carrying around water bottles. Instead, they designed an entirely new organ system, to be implanted in the body, that would mean we used less water in the first place.

Its solution, called the Hydrolemic System, involves both harvesting more moisture from the air than our current unmodified bodies are capable of, and also doing more to retain the water we have. The company imagines that system would require us to drink 0.1 cups of water a day.

Inserts that go in our noses convert moisture in the air we breathe into water, and other inserts at the ends of our renal and digestive systems keep water from leaving by those routes. A collar on our neck helps prevent perspiration by turning our body heat into electricity, so it doesn?t make us perspire, losing precious liquid.

Click through the slide show for more details.

Let's?hope for a world in which our designers are just designing water bottles with more convenient handles, rather than ones you have to go to the hospital to have installed.

9,000 flee Utah fire; crews counterattack

Flames and smoke from a wildfire that forced some 9,000 people to flee had diminished by Saturday morning, allowing crews to mount an attack, but officials warned winds and dry heat would return by afternoon.

Some 2,300 homes were evacuated after the so-called Dump fire exploded on Friday. It had started Thursday in the Kiowa Valley near a landfill for Saratoga Springs, a town of 18,000 people about 35 miles south of Salt Lake City.

The blaze initially scorched about 750 acres of cheat grass, sage and pinyon juniper, but grew to 4,000 acres by Friday evening, stoked by gale-force winds and rising air temperatures, Bureau of Land Management spokeswoman Teresa Rigby said.

No homes were in imminent danger in Utah, but fire authorities said they were unable to predict when ground crews might be able to begin encircling the blaze.

"It's going to take a significant effort to get it contained," Utah Gov. Gary Herbert said after meeting with fire officials.

Herbert, who said that 20 of the state's 400 wildfires this season had been caused by target shooters, was asking the state's cities and counties to consider banning all fireworks and imposing ordinances to restrict the use of firearms.

"We can do better than that as Utahns," Herbert said. "Now is not a good time to take your gun outside and start shooting in cheat grass that's tinder dry."

The governor said the state would seek aid from the Federal Emergency Management Agency to help cover costs of the fire. Nearly 200 firefighters were working the blaze, with air support from an air tanker and a helicopter, and more help was expected.

Sheriff's deputies with bullhorns rolled through Saratoga Springs neighborhoods ordering the first evacuations at about 10 a.m., after flames had burned to within half a mile of homes.

By midday, evacuations were expanded to include a portion of nearby Eagle Mountain, just east of Saratoga Springs.

Homeowner and commercial photographer Renee Keith said she and her husband decided the fire had burned "too close for comfort" and began packing before authorities ordered them out. Keith said she packed her children's baby books, the computer hard drives, a bag of clothes and camera equipment.

"I was kind of nervous, especially when we were packing the car," Keith told Reuters. "Ash was falling on us as we were pulling away."

The Keiths said their top concern was a plant that makes explosives for the construction and mining industries. The fire was reportedly burning within a mile of the factory, but authorities said the flames appeared to have burned around it.

The blaze was one of 15 large, uncontained wildfires being fought across the country on Friday, most in six Western states - Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, Nevada, New Mexico and Arizona, the National Interagency Fire Center in Boise, Idaho, reported.

Although federal authorities say the fire season got off to an early start this summer in parts of the Northern Rockies, the acreage burned nationwide is about on par with the 10-year average for this time of year, according to fire agency records.

The biggest by far is the Whitewater-Baldy Complex fire in New Mexico, that state's largest on record, which has charred almost 300,000 acres. That blaze is nearly 90 percent contained.

In Colorado, fire managers early on Friday reported progress against a 68,000-acre fire burning west of Fort Collins, near the Wyoming border, after two days of cooler temperatures, calmer winds and higher humidity.

But fire officials lost precious ground later when gusty winds and high temperatures propelled a renewed expansion of the lightning-caused blaze, Colorado's most destructive on record.

The latest confirmed tally of property losses stood at 191 homes, which was sure to climb in the latest flare-up. The fire has been blamed for one death, a 62-year-old grandmother whose remains were found last week in a cabin where she lived alone.

Reuters contributed to this report.

'Taken 2' Trailer: Five Key Scenes

Liam Neeson is back as international badass Bryan Mills in a brand-new trailer for the hotly-awaited 'Taken' sequel.
By Josh Wigler

Liam Neeson in "Taken 2"
Photo:

Liam Neeson has a very particular set of skills. Skills that make him a nightmare for people like you — unless you're a fan of ex-CIA operatives who remain unreasonably badass in their golden years. In that case, Neeson is something of a dream come true.

The Oscar nominee remains in perfectly hardcore form in the first official trailer for "Taken 2," the sequel to the 2008 action flick that kick-started a surprising new phase in Neeson's career. Since his turn as former spy Bryan Mills in the Luc Besson-produced thriller, Neeson has become the go-to guy for older-man-kicks-so-much-ass action movies like "The A-Team," "Unknown" and "The Grey." But it's "Taken" that remains the decisive favorite for Neeson fans, and seeing him run around in that particular world once again is the action-movie equivalent of comfort food: a bit familiar, yes, but gloriously so.

Here are five key scenes from the "Taken 2" trailer.

A Job for Boris the Blade
When you need a vaguely Eastern European bad guy to add gravitas to your film, call Rade Serbedzija. With bad-guy credits including "Snatch," "24," "X-Men: First Class" and more, he's the man for the job. In "Taken 2," he'll be the one giving Mills hell, concocting an elaborate scheme to get revenge for his son, who was killed by Mills in the first "Taken" film. "He slaughtered our men," he scowls in the trailer. "Our brothers. Our sons. We will find him. And we will have our revenge."

Family Reunion
Our villain's vengeance will take him and his men to Istanbul, where Bryan's ex-wife Lenore (Famke Janssen) and daughter Kim (Maggie Grace) pay him a surprise visit. Bad timing, considering the spit-storm headed Mills' way. But there's a silver lining: Bryan's relationship with his daughter seems much smoother than ever before, and it even looks like he might have another shot at love with Lenore ... assuming they survive their next ordeal.

Phoning It In
The "Taken 2" trailer is fantastically familiar, even if the tables are somewhat reversed this time: It's not Kim being taken, but Lenore and Mills himself. When he gets on the phone to once again instruct Kim on what to do next, his directions are different, but the tone remains the same. With Mills and Lenore at the mercy of terrorists, it's going to be a whole new ball game in "Taken 2," their lives depending heavily on help from ...

Saving Grace
Traditionally the character who mucks everything up for her surrounding cast (see "Lockout," "Breaking Dawn," "Lost" and so many more), Maggie Grace will finally get her opportunity to shine as a bona fide badass in "Taken 2." She's seen in the trailer jumping from rooftops and facing down guns with (almost) no tears, a marked improvement from the Kim of the last "Taken." But as she told MTV News just a few weeks ago, Kim is "empowered ... [but] she doesn't morph into La Femme Nikita." So temper your expectations just a little bit.

"You'll Just Have To Die"
Frankly, Kim doesn't really need to step up her game. Even if he's captured early on in the film, Neeson's ex-spook won't be sitting on the sidelines throughout the proceedings, as the trailer clearly illustrates. He spends the final few seconds of the trailer breaking necks, shooting thugs and making explicit death threats over cell phones, as he's wont to do. Old dog, same tricks — and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Tell us what you think of the new "Taken 2" trailer in the comments section below!

Astronomers spy 2 planets in tight quarters as they orbit a distant star

Friday, June 22, 2012

A research team led by astronomers at the University of Washington and Harvard University has discovered a bigger version of Earth locked in an orbital tug-of-war with a much larger, Neptune-sized planet as they orbit very close to each other around the same star about 1,200 light years from Earth.

The planets occupy nearly the same orbital plane and on their closest approach come within about 1.2 million miles of each other ? just five times the Earth-moon distance and about 20 times closer to one another than any two planets in our solar system.

But the timing of their orbits means they'll never collide, said Eric Agol, a UW astronomy professor and co-lead author of a paper documenting the discovery published June 21 by Science Express, the online edition of the journal Science.

"These are the closest two planets to one another that have ever been found," Agol said. "The bigger planet is pushing the smaller planet around more, so the smaller planet is harder to find."

Orbiting a star in the Cygnus constellation referred to as Kepler-36a, the planets are designated Kepler-36b and Kepler-36c. Planet b is a rocky planet like Earth, though 4.5 times more massive and with a radius 1.5 times greater. Kepler-36c, which could be either gaseous like Jupiter or watery, is 8.1 times more massive than Earth and has a radius 3.7 times greater.

The larger planet was originally spotted in data from NASA's Kepler satellite, which uses an instrument called a photometer to measure light from distant celestial objects and can detect a planet when it transits, or passes in front of, and briefly reduces the light coming from, its parent star.

The team wanted to try finding a second planet in a system where it was already known that there was one planet. Agol suggested applying an algorithm called quasi-periodic pulse detection to examine data from Kepler.

Joshua Carter, a Hubble fellow at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics and the other co-lead author of the Science paper, used the algorithm to begin methodically checking planetary systems already in the Kepler data and saw a clear signal in the Kepler-36a system.

"We found this one on a first quick look," Carter said. "We're now combing through the Kepler data to try to locate more."

The data revealed a slight dimming of light coming from Kepler-36a every 16 days, the length of time it takes the larger Kepler-36c to circle its star. Kepler-36b circles the star seven times for each six orbits of 36c, but it was not discovered initially because of its small size and the gravitational jostling by its orbital companion. But when the algorithm was applied to the data, the signal was unmistakable.

"If you look at the transit time pattern for the large planet and the transit time pattern for the smaller planet, they are mirror images of one another," Agol said.

The fact that the two planets are so close to each other and exhibit specific orbital patterns allowed the scientists to make fairly precise estimates of each planet's characteristics, based on their gravitational effects on each other and the resulting variations in the orbits. To date, this is the best-characterized system with small planets, the researchers said.

They believe the smaller planet is 30 percent iron, less than 1 percent atmospheric hydrogen and helium and probably no more than 15 percent water. The larger planet, on the other hand, likely has a rocky core surrounded by a substantial amount of atmospheric hydrogen and helium.

The planets' densities differ by a factor of eight but their orbits differ by only 10 percent, which makes the differences in composition difficult for the scientists to explain using current models of planet formation.

The team also calculated specific information for the star itself, determining that Kepler-36a is about the same mass as the sun but is just 25 percent as dense. It also is slightly hotter and has slightly less metal content. The researchers concluded that the star is a few billion years older than the sun and no longer burns hydrogen at its core, so has entered a sub-giant phase in which its radius is 60 percent greater than the sun's.

Sources: Sandusky son was set to claim abuse

Sources tell NBC News that prosecutors warned the defense if they put Jerry Sandusky on the stand, his adopted son was prepared to provide damaging testimony as a surprise rebuttal witness. NBC's Michael Isikoff reports.

Updated at 5:58 p.m. ET: BELLEFONTE, Pa. ? Jerry Sandusky decided not to testify in his child sex abuse trial after his lawyers were warned that prosecutors would call a surprise new witness ? one of the defendant?s own adopted sons, sources told NBC News. The man's lawyers said he?was prepared to testify that his father had abused him.

Matt Sandusky, one of six adopted children of Jerry and Dottie Sandusky, was observed by NBC News entering the courthouse, accompanied by Pennsylvania state troopers, on Wednesday morning as the defense was preparing to wrap up its case ? and apparently still wrestling with whether Jerry Sandusky, the former Penn State defensive coordinator, would take the stand.

Matt Sandusky, 33, has been a stalwart supporter of his father, visiting him at his home after he was charged with sex abuse and showing up at the courtroom last week to sit with his mother and other family members. But after the trial began, according to the sources, Matt Sandusky contacted prosecutors and agreed to provide testimony about events that he witnessed.

The jurors in the sexual abuse trial began their deliberations Thursday after hearing vastly different portrayals of the former Penn State assistant football coach. NBC's Michael Isikoff reports.

Judge tosses out three more counts against Jerry Sandusky

Ghosts of Sandusky's dreams haunt home where charity was born

Legal analysis by Wes Oliver

NBC News was unable to locate him this week for comment. But his attorneys, Andrew Shubin and Justine Andronici, confirmed that Matt Sandusky requested their assistance in arranging a meeting with prosecutors "to disclose for the first time in this case that he is a victim of Jerry Sandusky's abuse."

Shubin and Andronucci said in a statement that they would have no further comment.

"This has been an extremely painful experience for Matt and he has asked us to convey his request that the media respect his privacy," they said.

Prosecutors contacted Sandusky?s defense lawyers in the last few days to inform them that Matt Sandusky might be called as a rebuttal witness if Sandusky testified in his own defense ? news that alarmed the defense team and introduced a new wild card into their intense discussions about whether he should do so, said the sources, who spoke on condition of anonymity.

A source close to Jerry Sandusky told NBC News that "there was no one factor that led to the decision" not to have him testify Wednesday. Sandusky's lawyers were also known to be concerned that the defendant would be grilled on cross examination about apparently incriminating statements he made to NBC's Bob Costas in the "Rock Center with Brian Williams" show last November, including unaired portions that were played on the "Today" show for the first time this week. Defense lawyers also believed they had made some headway chipping away at the prosecution case this week, especially by playing a tape showing that police investigators may have coached Sandusky's alleged victims by telling them what other witnesses were saying about him.

The drama over whether Sandusky would take the stand continued to play out in court on Wednesday as defense lawyers were finishing their case. During a court recess in the morning, Sandusky's lawyers motioned Sandusky to enter a side room for a conference. They then joined prosecutors for a second conference behind closed doors meeting in Judge John Cleland's chambers. About 30 minutes later, Sandusky re-entered the courtroom, looking somber and chastened. At that point, Sandusky's lawyer rose and announced, "The defense rests."

TODAY's Savannah Guthrie discusses why the prosecution didn't call Jerry Sandusky's adopted son as a witness if he was able to provide damaging evidence.

Matt Sandusky first met his father at his Second Mile charity when he was 10 years old. He later went to live in the Sandusky home after he set fire to a barn in 1995. A judge approved the Sanduskys as foster parents for Matt and he was formally adopted by the couple when he was 18.

Matt Sandusky has been named during testimony in the trial. During the first day of testimony, one of the alleged victims ?listed in the grand jury report as "Victim 4" ? testified that Matt Sandusky seemed "nervous" when, after they played racketball with Jerry Sandusky, the three showered together and Jerry Sandusky then began throwing soap at him, "Victim 4" testified.

"At that point, Matt got up and left," he testified. "Well, not got up, but turned off the shower, went out and into another shower."

Spain borrowing costs soar in debt auction

Spain's Economy Minister Luis de Guindos gestures during a news conference at the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness in Madrid, Spain, Saturday, June 9, 2012. Spain will ask for a bailout for banks felled by bad real estate loans, in an about-face that European officials welcomed Saturday and said could cost up to euro100 billion ($125 billlion). Spain's Economy Minister Luis de Guindos gestures during a news conference at the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness in Madrid, Spain, Saturday, June 9, 2012. MADRID (AP) ? Spain paid sharply higher interest rates in a short-term bill auction on Tuesday, highlighting growing investor concerns that the country might eventually need foreign help to finance itself.

The Treasury raised ?3.39 billion ($4.28 billion) in 12- and 18-month bills ? more than its upper target of ?3 billion ? and demand was robust, but the cost skyrocketed. The interest rate on the 12-month bills rose to 5.07 percent from 2.98 percent at the last such auction on May 14. The rate on the 18-month bills soared to 5.10 percent from 3.3 percent.

In the secondary market, where issued debt is traded openly, the yield on 10-year Spanish bonds remained perilously high at 7.03 percent, down 0.10 percentage points from the previous day.

Worries about Spain's ability to repay its debt grew last week when the country agreed to accept a eurozone loan of up to ?100 billion to shore up its ailing banks, which are sitting on massive amounts of soured real estate investments.

The big fear is that, as the money will count as a loan and raise Spain's overall debt load, the country's financing costs will suffocate the government as it tries to wade its way through a money-sucking recession and a 24.4 percent jobless rate.

Marc Ostwald of Monument Securities said that while Spain met its sale target for the debt auction on Tuesday, "the yields at which these were sold can only be described as prohibitively expensive."

If investors are demanding such high rates for short-term debt, Spain needs not only a eurozone rescue package for its banks but "an outright bail-out package," Ostwald said. "It is becoming very difficult to see how it can manage without that beyond the end of the third quarter, unless yields fall dramatically!"

Markets were also rattled ahead of the auction by news that the second part of a government-ordered audit of Spanish banks has been delayed to September from late July. A separate, less thorough stress test by two companies remains due to be delivered this week, but when it will be made public is not clear.

Spain can survive the current high interest rates for weeks or even months, analysts say, but not in the longer term. If it becomes clear that the borrowing rates will not come back down, Spain will likely have to ask for a European bailout ? money that would come at lower interest rates than those offered by bond markets. The problem is that Spain's ?1.1 trillion economy is the eurozone's fourth-biggest and larger than those of bailed-out Greece, Ireland and Portugal combined.

The Spanish economy minister, attending the Group of 20 world leaders' summit in Mexico, said the country is being punished unfairly in debt markets.

"We in the government are convinced that the current situation of punishment in the markets, what we're suffering from today, doesn't correspond with the efforts, or the potential, of the Spanish economy," Luis de Guindos said Monday. "This is something that will have to be recognized in the coming days and weeks."

Spain is waiting for the two independent audits of its banks, due to be presented to the government Thursday, to determine how much of the ?100 billion eurozone rescue loans Spain will tap. Investor sentiment toward Spain will in coming days depend upon the sum of loans demanded as well as any support measures announced by European leaders.

A draft of the G-20 final statement says the world's largest economies in the developed and developing world want to stress economic growth as a way to end Europe's crisis. That stands in contrast to the current German-driven austerity drive to bring deficits down.

Analysts again seem underwhelmed by European leaders' response to the crisis.

Michael Hewson, senior market analyst at CMC Markets UK, said the rise in the Spanish 10-year bond rate this week "once again puts Europe's fourth largest economy squarely in the cross hairs as the probable next candidate for a bailout."

"Fears about growing bad debts and deposit outflows from Spanish banks have proved a toxic combination as European leaders dither on what the next steps in the crisis should be."

As things stand, the Roadster is on a ship bound for China, while the Citroen duo are trundling up through Malaysia. Fortunately, de Mestra's figured out another bit of racing wisdom: the importance of demoralizing your enemies with YouTube clips like the one after the break.
